Kevin is personally involved in every aspect of the retirement plan consulting and advisory services provided to our clients. Prior to founding Titanium Advisors, Kevin spent the first 20 years of his career as a partner at Brown Rudnick, a large Boston law firm, representing clients with respect to a variety of business, financing, real estate, and tax issues. While at Brown Rudnick, Kevin served in firm management as both a Managing Director and a member of the Executive Committee.
After leaving Brown Rudnick, Kevin served as General Counsel and Managing Director at a small securities brokerage firm located in greater Boston, where he coordinated the firm’s due diligence group which was responsible for analyzing hundreds of investment alternatives annually.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Finance from Lehigh University in 1983 and summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1986, where he served on the Law Review and earned special distinction for graduating first in his class. He attended Boston College Law School for his third year of study, where he focused upon advanced estate and income tax planning techniques. Kevin later completed the financial planning program offered by Boston University and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant in 2006.
Kevin is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He has a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating™ of AV Preeminent, the highest available, which measures expertise, integrity, and overall professional excellence.
Ellen O’Reilly, Executive Assistant
Ellen assists our clients in administering their 401(k) retirement plans and coordinates all the related documentation, reports, etc. Ellen graduated from The University of Iowa in 1989 with a degree in Finance.
Insurance and Bonding
Titanium Advisors maintains a professional liability insurance policy (including errors and omissions as well as ERISA fidelity coverage) with carriers rated A (Excellent) by AM Best, with coverage limits of $1,000,000 per claim and $2,000,000 in the aggregate. The firm also maintains an Investment Advisor Bond for Employee Benefit Plans with The Hanover Insurance Company, a carrier rated A (Excellent) by AM Best, with an aggregate occurrence limit of $25,000,000.
