Our Fees


Our 401(k) qualified retirement plan advisory engagements typically begin with a complimentary assessment to review the investment menu available to plan participants and identify any potential ERISA compliance issues which may exist. This process usually involves a few meetings and/or telephone conferences with the employer, an analysis of plan documents and disclosures, and development of specific cost and service alternatives.

If Titanium Advisors is subsequently engaged to serve as the Financial Advisor to the 401(k) retirement plan, we charge the following fees:

Plan Size Annual Fee
$1 million to $5 million 0.25% (25 basis points)
$5 million to $8 million 0.20% (20 basis points)
$8 million and above 0.15% (15 basis points)

Fees are paid quarterly in arrears. In the event Titanium Advisors also serves as the 3(38) Investment Manager to the retirement plan and thus assumes all liability for investment selection under ERISA, the annual fee will be increased by 0.05% (5 basis points).

Included as part of the fee is: (a) preparation of an Investment Policy Statement (IPS); (b) preparation of quarterly and annual Investment Monitoring Reports; (c) annual employee education sessions; and (d) periodic advice regarding retirement plan design, administration, and ERISA compliance issues.
